Use fictional information

The project and enquiry forms accept fictional .test contact addresses only. Do not enter real client information, confidential documents, financial, health or other sensitive information. This release is not intended to collect real enquiries.

What is processed

When connected, the demo stores the fictional name, .test email, project description, optional budget range, current tools, desired outcome, admin notes, stages and activity timestamps. The owner login processes the owner’s email and authentication data. Hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses and technical security logs under their own retention terms.

Providers and access

The prepared setup uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for database and owner authentication. These integrations are not active until deployment is completed. Private records are intended for the verified owner; service credentials stay in server-side runtime settings.

Homepage media and fonts

The homepage loads its background video from the supplied CloudFront address. Public pages load fonts from Google Fonts and OnlineWebFonts. These external servers receive network request data, such as your IP address and browser information. Reduced-motion preferences keep the video paused and use a locally stored still image. Form contents are not sent to these media or font servers.

Cookies and tracking

No advertising or analytics trackers are included. The owner sign-in flow uses necessary Secure, HttpOnly cookies for login state (15 minutes) and the authenticated session (up to one hour).

Retention and requests

No real-client retention policy is active. The operator must select and implement a retention/deletion period before accepting real information. Contact the address above for access, correction, deletion, objection or other privacy requests; any applicable rights depend on the actual processing and jurisdiction. If EU/EEA data-protection law applies, you may complain to the competent supervisory authority.

Confirm the controller’s legal identity, purposes and lawful bases, retention, processor agreements, international transfers and applicable rights. This preview notice does not certify compliance.
